ARTVİN YUSUFELİ EXPLORATION PROJECT

Located near Dokumacılar Village and acquired by the company in 2020, the license area is a polymetallic deposit that contains lead, zinc, copper, gold and silver ores.

While the site saw high-grade lead and zinc ore production in smaller sections in the recent past, no comprehensive exploration program was planned or implemented until the exploration, gallery and underground drilling operations in 2021. Gallery works continue in the form of screening of previous small galleries and preparation galleries for ores still mined at the site. Meanwhile, underground drilling works are being carried out to determine the continuity of the deposit zones.

Petrographic and mineralogy analyses have been launched on the rocks and ore samples obtained from the mine site, and the overall potential of the site will be determined via geological surveys and mapping studies.
